SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
How We Ship Our products are sourced internationally and shipped in bulk from our overseas supplier to South Africa. Once the products have arrived in South Africa and been received at our end, your order will then be dispatched to you via Aramex. Please note that tracking information will only be shared with you once your order has been dispatched locally — you will receive your Aramex tracking link via email at that point.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days from the date your order is dispatched locally within South Africa.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched within South Africa, you will receive a confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the Aramex website at aramex.co.za.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Radiance ZA is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of local dispatch, please contact us at admin@raidiancesa.co.za and we will follow up with Aramex on your behalf.
